Why a referral model

Hydro jetting looks simple in a video and is easy to get wrong in a real house. The right pressure, flow, and nozzle depend on pipe size, material, and what is coating the wall. A small rental machine in the hands of a homeowner can fail to clean a 60-foot clay lateral or, worse, stress fragile pipe. Meanwhile, many listings that advertise jetting are lead sellers with no equipment at all. Our model cuts through that. One call reaches an independent pro who shows up with a jetter, a camera, and the judgment to say when jetting is the wrong tool.

The referral structure also keeps incentives straight. We do not sell the cleaning, so we have no reason to push a bigger job than your line needs. The pro earns your business by diagnosing honestly: jet today, repair one joint, plan a larger fix, or simply monitor after a clean camera pass. You hear options from the person who saw inside your pipe, and you can get a second opinion with that camera footage in hand before spending on major work.

How matching works

1. You call. Tell us what is happening: which fixtures are slow, whether sewage has backed up, and whether the property is a home, restaurant, or multi-unit building.
2. We connect you. We match your job type (roots, grease, commercial main, or general drain cleaning) and location with an independent local pro serving your area.
3. The pro takes it from there. Scheduling, on-site inspection, quoting, and the work itself all happen directly between you and the pro. You approve the quote before any cleaning or repair begins.

There is no markup added by us to the pro’s quote, and no separate bill from Arcadia HydroFlow for the connection. The pro sets the price for the work based on access, run length, and line condition, and explains it before starting. If you decide not to proceed after the inspection, that is your choice. The call and the connection cost you nothing.

What we will and will not promise

We will promise a fast connection to an independent local professional, a free call with no obligation, and plain information about how jetting works so you can ask good questions on site. Guides on this site cover root intrusion, grease buildup, commercial maintenance intervals, and seasonal patterns in Arcadia, from winter rains December through March to holiday grease in November and December.

We will not promise that one jetting fixes a collapsed pipe, seals a root entry joint forever, or replaces needed repair. We will not quote a price over this website, because an honest quote requires seeing access and line condition. Anyone who guarantees a permanent root cure under a mature oak in Santa Anita Village or Highland Oaks without camera footage is guessing.
